About the role
Deliver nursing care to elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.
What you will do
- Monitor health status and administer medication
- Support insulin, oxygen and wound care regimes
- Assist with mobility and daily living
- Escort clients to appointments where required
What we're looking for
- Nursing diploma or degree
- Valid MOPH licence
- Geriatric care experience
- Patience, discretion and reliability
